Jonathan B. AndersonJonathan B. Anderson joined the law firm of Jackson & Wade, L.L.C. in 2007. Mr. Anderson worked for Jackson & Wade, L.L.C. throughout law school, and has done extensive research for the Federal Aviation Regulations Explained book series.   Mr. Anderson is admitted to practice law in Kansas and counsels clients coast to coast and internationally on federal, state and international aviation matters. He concentrates his practice on representing clients in aircraft acquisitions, operating structures, and FAA and DOT regulatory compliance. Additionally, he counsels clients with various airport issues such as minimum standards, fueling rights, AIP funding, FAA grant assurances, and FAA Part 16 proceedings. Prior to law school, Mr. Anderson began his aviation career with The Boeing Company and is a graduate of Boeing's Business Career Foundation Program.

 

Publications

Mr. Anderson led an extensive research effort to update the Federal Aviation Regulations Explained book series including the most recent addition, The Airport Edition. During law school Mr. Anderson served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Program.   He served on the staff of the UMKC Law Review and the ABA 's Journal for State and Local Government Law, The Urban Lawyer.

Education

Mr. Anderson received his B.S. with honors in finance and business administration from Kansas State University and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
